I've always loved travelling, though when I took my first cruise in Australia and New Zealand in the early nineties I discovered a whole new way of seeing new places..in luxury, elegance and style...and absolutely loved it! There are really casual cruises as well, and I love them all. Any day on a cruise is a really great day.
Sixty+ cruises later, some with my husband, some as a solo traveller, and some with friends and family, I have been booking cruises for decades now. I love spending time between England and Florida, with cruises in between.
Going to the beach, sailing, line dancing and pickleball are favourite pastimes, though I seem to always be refurbishing a house and turning it into my home, which is another love of mine.
Born and raised in Yorkshire, I thoroughly enjoyed my career working in a major UK food retail business; leading large teams to ensure our millions of customers' enjoyed their shopping experiences. My past ten years have been spent travelling the world, with several years in south west Florida and the north Georgia mountains in America, as well as England of course.
